Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Turbogen (the "Service"), operated by Anna Kryvokhat, os. Jana III Sobieskiego 40/2N, 60-688 Poznań, Poland, Działalność nierejestrowana (art. 5 Prawa przedsiębiorców) ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The Service
Turbogen is a web studio (with a Telegram bot, an API and an MCP server) that generates images, video and audio with third-party and open-source AI models. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the model makers. Model availability can change; when a model is temporarily unavailable we show it in the studio and do not charge for it.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. Sign-in is possible only after you confirm your e-mail. One person may hold one account. Disposable e-mail addresses are not accepted, and address variants of the same mailbox (for example dots or "+tags" in a Gmail address) count as the same account. Creating several accounts to collect free credits or daily free generations is not allowed and such accounts may be closed without refund of bonus credits. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Credits and payment
Generations are paid with prepaid credits. Prices per model are shown in the studio and on the pricing page before you start a job. Credits are bought in packs through Stripe (cards, BLIK); we never see or store your card details. Credits are tied to your account, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Free credits (40 on sign-up, granted after e-mail confirmation) and the daily free generations are a promotional allowance that we may limit, pause or end at any time.
Credit validity. Purchased credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, for every pack. Bonus credits (the sign-up bonus, referral and partner welcome credits, and credits we grant) are valid for 30 days from the day they are added to your balance. Credits returned to your balance for a failed generation keep the expiry date of the credits they came from. Unused credits expire automatically at the end of their validity period; expired credits are not refunded and cannot be exchanged for money. We e-mail you 7 days and 1 day before credits expire. The balance shown in your account always counts only credits that have not expired.
Credits are digital content supplied immediately after payment. Before paying you are asked to tick a box with the following statement (version 2026-10-26.1): "I expressly agree that the credits are delivered and the service starts immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal." (in Polish: "Wyrażam zgodę na natychmiastowe spełnienie świadczenia przed upływem terminu do odstąpienia od umowy i przyjmuję do wiadomości, że utracę prawo odstąpienia od umowy."). We store the time and version of this consent with your order and confirm it in the payment e-mail. Our voluntary refunds of unused credits are described in the Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service, its Telegram bot, API or MCP server to create, upload, edit or distribute:
- Any sexual content involving minors or content that sexualises children in any way, including drawn, anime, "fictional" or "adult-looking" depictions. Such attempts are blocked, logged, the account is closed and, where the law requires or allows it, the case is reported to the competent authorities.
- Sexual, nude or pornographic content of any kind, including "artistic" nudity and erotica. Turbogen is not an adult-content service.
- "Undress" / nudify edits and non-consensual intimate imagery: removing or altering clothing of a person in a photo, and any sexual or intimate depiction of a real person.
- Deceptive deepfakes: realistic images, video or voice of a real person used to impersonate, defraud, defame, harass or mislead (for example fake statements, fake news, election disinformation). If you publish realistic content that shows real people, places or events, you must disclose that it is AI-generated.
- Cloning or imitating a real person's voice without their consent.
- Harassment, threats, hate against protected groups, glorification of violence or terrorism, encouragement of self-harm.
- Illegal goods and activities: weapons, drugs, fraud, phishing, scams, forged documents, IDs, receipts or reviews, malware or spam.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or image rights.
- Removing, hiding or forging AI provenance markers (visible labels, metadata, C2PA content credentials or invisible watermarks such as SynthID), or presenting AI-generated content as authentic where disclosure is required.
You may also not try to break, overload, scrape or resell access to the Service, reach the underlying providers through it, open several accounts, or bypass our safety filters (for example by misspelling or encoding words).
Enforcement. Prompts, lyrics and uploaded images are checked automatically before a job starts. A refused request is never charged. Refusals are logged and reviewed; repeated or serious violations lead to suspension or closure of the account without refund of bonus credits. Model providers apply their own safety filters as well; a job they reject is refunded automatically. Report abuse or content that breaks these rules to [email protected].
5. Your uploads and our tools
You may upload only images, video, audio and text that you own or have the right to use, and only pictures of real people who have agreed to it. Our editing tools, including the object and text remover, the upscalers and the "remove watermark" option, may be used only on files you own or have the right to edit. They do not remove AI provenance markers: invisible watermarks (such as Google SynthID) stay in the picture and we add our own "AI-generated" label to every file we deliver; you may not use our tools to remove or hide such markers or someone else's watermark, logo or copyright notice from content you do not have rights to.
6. AI-generated content and labelling
Everything the Service produces is AI-generated. We label results as AI-generated in the studio and embed a machine-readable label in downloaded files (details: How we label AI content). Do not remove these labels. If you publish AI-generated images, video or audio that look like real people, places or events ("deepfakes"), or AI-generated text on matters of public interest, you must clearly disclose that it was generated or manipulated by AI, as required by the EU AI Act (art. 50) and similar laws.
7. Your content
You keep any rights you have in the prompts and files you upload. Subject to these terms and to the terms of the model providers, you may use the results you generate, including commercially. AI output can be inaccurate or resemble existing works or people; you are responsible for how you use it. We store your files only to deliver them to you: generated images, videos and audio, and the files you upload, are deleted automatically 7 days after the generation finishes (favourites included), so download anything you want to keep (see the Privacy Policy).
8. Model names and trademarks
Model and product names shown in the Service (Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0 Mini, Gemini Omni Flash, Veo 3.1 Quality, Veo 3.1 Fast, Veo 3.1 Lite, Grok Imagine Video 1.5, Grok Imagine Video, Kling 3.0, Kling 4.0, Kling 2.6, Kling 2.5 Turbo, Kling 2.5, Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Lite, GPT Image 2, Grok Image, Seedream 4.5, MOSS Image, LTX-2.5, Video Upscale, Upscale, Voice, Background music, Song, Sound effects) are trademarks or trade names of their respective owners, including Google (Veo, Gemini, Nano Banana), OpenAI (GPT Image), xAI (Grok Imagine), Kuaishou (Kling), ByteDance (Seedream, Seedance, SeedVR2), Lightricks (LTX), Stability AI (Stable Audio), Resemble AI (Chatterbox) and the other model makers. We use them only to tell you which model runs your job. Turbogen is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them, and nothing on the site is an official product of a model maker.
9. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and fail over between providers, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular result for a prompt. A job that does not finish is refunded in credits automatically. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Refunds of unused purchased credits follow the Refund Policy.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site or by e-mail before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of the country of our registered address, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
