Failed and refused generations

If a generation does not finish (provider error, timeout, model unavailable, blocked by the provider's safety filter), the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. A prompt refused by our own safety checks is never charged. You can see every charge and refund in your account. Returned credits keep the expiry date of the credits they came from.

Right of withdrawal

Credits are digital content supplied immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly agree that delivery starts before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal (version 2026-10-26.1: "I expressly agree that the credits are delivered and the service starts immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal."; "Wyrażam zgodę na natychmiastowe spełnienie świadczenia przed upływem terminu do odstąpienia od umowy i przyjmuję do wiadomości, że utracę prawo odstąpienia od umowy."). We confirm this consent in the payment e-mail. The voluntary refunds below apply in addition to it.

Unused credits

You can request a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Write to [email protected] from your account e-mail; the money goes back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Partly used packs

On request we refund the unused part of a pack bought in the last 14 days, pro rata at the price you paid.

Not refundable

Expired credits (purchased credits are valid for 30 days from purchase and bonus credits for 30 days from crediting; unused credits expire automatically and are not exchanged for money), free and bonus credits, daily free generations, and results you are unhappy with for creative reasons (a finished job cannot be refunded because we have already paid our upstream provider for it). Accounts closed for breaking the Terms of Service are not refunded beyond what the law requires.
